Olá!

Hoje mostro-vos um look muitoooooo diferente...

O estilo é completamente oriental e distinto de todos que já vos mostrei até hoje.

E, como nada acontece por acaso, passo a explicar-vos o porquê deste look tão especial.

Está a ocorrer um concurso internacional de bloggers numa plataforma onde nós interagimos, o Bloglovin, em parceria com a H&M e a Leandra Medine do blog Man Repeller. O requisito para participar é usar uma peça da H&M e demonstrarmos o nosso estilo pessoal.

Decidi participar e rapidamente decidi qual a peça que iria usar. Sou fã da H&M e tenho muitas peças e acessórios da marca mas a que me lembrei logo foi um vestido lindíssimo da coleção FW16 pelo qual me apaixonei à primeira vista na loja e, claro, tive de o trazer comigo. Esteve presente comigo num dos looks para o Portugal Fashion FW16 e posso dizer que adorei usá-lo. É diferente do meu estilo diário de menina da faculdade mas tem muito de outras vertentes de mim.

Mal decidi que este seria a peça chave do look associei logo o estilo com que o iria conjugar- o estilo Oriental.

Apesar deste não ser o meu estilo do dia a dia, é um estilo que eu adoro e que diz muito de mim porque o meu estilo pessoal não é apenas o que transmito pelas minhas roupas mas também as inspirações que tenho para criar os looks. Por isto e muito mais, este tinha de ser o estilo a arriscar.

A música, a moda e a maquilhagem indiana são algo que adoro!

Desde pequenina que gosto muito de música oriental, a calma que esta me transmite faz-me abstrair de tudo. Tive a sorte de conhecer pessoas indianas que me transmitiram alguns conhecimentos sobre a sua cultura e isso é, sem dúvida, algo a que hoje dou muito valor. A Sampath, amiga de família, trouxe um Sari (traje tradicional feminino indiano) da Índia especialmente para mim. Ainda me lembro da felicidade com que o recebi. Ensinou-me a vesti-lo e cheguei a vestir imensas vezes enquanto sonhava poder andar assim todos os dias. Hoje é pequenino para mim, mas continua guardado. Tenho também bastantes bijutarias que a Sampath me trouxe, pulseiras então devo ter dezenas. Adorava sempre que ela vinha ao Porto e estava connosco. Ela não se vestia como as típicas mulheres indianas, era muito simples, mas percebia o meu fascínio e sempre o alimentou. Foi o elemento chave para fazer crescer esta admiração pela beleza da moda indiana.

Penso que não poderia ter escolhido melhor a conjugação para este vestido, ficou exatamente como idealizei e como gosto. Durante toda a preparação deste look senti-me especialmente bem e quando vi o resultado final não podia ter ficado mais contente.

Espero que os júris gostem do que preparei para o concurso mas mais que tudo estou super agradecida pela experiência que vivi com tudo isto e pela ansiedade e entusiasmo que esta me trouxe durante dias e dias.

Hiiii!

Today I show you a very different outfit...

The style is quite distinct from all you ever seen on me.

And, like everything happens for a reason, let me explain you why this outfit is so special.

There's a Blogger's International Contest of a platform where we interact- Bloglovin- in partnership with H&M and Leandra Medine of Man Repeller blog. The requirement to participate is to use one item of H&M and demonstrate our personal style.

When I decided to participate, I quickly found which piece I would wear! I'm a fan of H&M and I immediately remembered a long and beautiful dress of FW16 H&M collection that I fell in love at first sight in the store and, of course, I had to bring it with me. It was one of the key pieces that I wore for the outfits of Portugal Fashion FW16, the best I guess.

At the moment I decided that this dress would be the key piece of this outfit, I simply found the perfect style to conjugate it: the Eastern style.

Althoug this doesn't be my daily style, I love it and because my personal style isn't just what I wear but also my inspirations to do my outfits, I had do try to do my best with the Eastern style.

Songs, fashion and indian makeup are things that I love!

Since I was a little girl, I love oriental music, the peace of these songs are amazing. I was fortunate to meet Indian people that have given me some knowledge about their culture and this is, without a doubt, something to give much value today. A Sampath, a family friend, brought me a Sari (traditional Indian female costume) of India especially for me. I still remember my happiness when I received it. She taught me how to wear it and I dressed it a lot while I dreamed of being able to walk every day with it. Today it's little for me, but I still keep it. I also have a lot of imitation jewellery that Sampath brought me, bracelets so I must have more than 100. She doesn't dress herself like a typical Indian women, she is very simple, but understood my fascination and always fed it. She was the key element to grow this admiration for Indian fashion.

I think that I couldn't have picked a better combination for this dress, it was exactly how I conceived and I like it. Throughout the preparation of this look I felt myself especially happy and when I saw the final result I knew that everything would run well.

I hope the judges approve what I prepared for the contest but more than anything I'm super grateful for the experience that I lived with all this and by anxiety and enthusiasm that brought me for a long time.
